We service Seminole and north Orange counties.
We service residential and commercial pools. We do not offer service for above ground or "painted" surface pools.
All service plans are accompanied by a service agreement, which lay out the terms of the service (payment terms, service expectations, customer information, permission to access the property at least once/week, etc.). This service agreement can be cancelled or modified at any time given two weeks notice, upon the balance being paid in full.
All residential pools are serviced once per week. Commercial pools are typically serviced three times a week. These can be modified depending on the specific needs of the job at hand.
Cash, check, credit card, or ACH payments are all acceptable forms of payment. We also offer an "autopay" option, if desired.
We have been doing this for quite some time, along the way we have found ways to keep the customer more involved and informed about what is going on with their pool. All service trucks are equipped with GPS tracking for exact service times and quicker dispatch for emergencies, as needed. Log sheets are kept on site for a better understanding of what services were performed, and when they are due for service in the future. This is where we also record important chemical readings, to help protect you against any denied warranty claims on equipment or pool finishes that claim water chemistry caused damage.
Yes, all repair work is performed by a licensed/insured, state pool contractor. At this time we do not offer any renovation work (replaster, tile, structural repair, draining/cleaning service, etc.). If a renovation quote is needed, we can get you connected with our trusted renovation specialist.
Yes and no....when you hire us, we want to do all the work related to the pool so you can enjoy it! The only thing we ask is to make sure all gates and screen doors are unlocked on your service day so we can access the pool and equipment areas. All pets should be put inside on your service day to avoid any possible altercations (dog bites, pets running out of the gated backyard, etc...). This ensures the pool gets serviced on a consistent, weekly basis. Although we always try, if we cannot gain access, we cannot guarantee a return visit during the same week. If you have any special instructions or requests, please let us know so we can accommodate.
Yes. All service customers get free pool instruction, at any time, no limitations! We also provide pool school for non-customers, please inquire for pricing and details, if desired.
Yes, all current and non-customers are eligible for FREE delivery of any parts and/or chemicals. Just call in or email your order and a quote will be sent to you. Once approved, your items will be delivered!
